Airtel Nigeria Announces Nano SIM Cards

 Sequel to the introduction of iPhone 5 Airtel Nigeria has also announced that it will introduce Nano SIM cards onto the market. Nano SIM cards are used in the new Apple iPhone 5 device and means that it will give the company the lead on the new smartphone market in the country. 

It also announced that any user who purchases the new iPhone 5 in the country will receive a free Nano SIM with their smartphone in an effort to boost the mobile market.

The current data plans for the iPhone will start at 200 MB and higher, and Airtel said that activation of the phone is free with the new purchase.

 Nigerians hopes that this new development will help create better customer service from Airtel. Now that most telecommunication industry is trying to modernise their network to as to enhance the current capacity and provide much improved quality of service to subscribers. “The Nano Sim card has the basic functionality of a SIM card, the difference is it comes in a smaller size.
